Chatterberries Announces It's Best Wedding Proposal Winner

Chatterberries finally announces it's winner for the best wedding proposal contest. With more than 200 brides who shared their touching and heartlfelt stories. Chatterberies.com narrowed down the field and announced their winner, Abby Soep, 22, of Cedarhurst, New York, is the official winner of the first "Chatterberries $1,000 Best Proposal Contest."

The story begins about a year ago at the supermarket. It was a Thursday night, and Gabby was there doing her weekly shopping. She happened to notice this adorable guy waiting in the deli line; needless to say, she couldn’t stop staring. And it turns out that they share a common friend. Their matchmaker friend, eager to get the ball rolling, called Danny and received the same response from him.

To make the story short, Danny finally decided to marry Abby. And it happened in the supermarket. Danny made a list of groceries and he gave half of the list to Abby, which she accepted. The first item on the list was orange juice, and as Gabby approached the produce department she saw a sign that read, "Hey, curly Sue, I’m talkin’ to you, follow this list exactly and you'll make me very happy" with a letter "W" hanging there. Two workers from the supermarket promptly showed up with cameras and a camcorder to tape the entire thing. As she went down the list, and collected the clues, they spelled out "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" The last stop was the bakery department, and there, waiting for her, was an enormous cake that said, "Gabby will you marry me?"

The couple will be getting married on May 25, in Brooklyn, NY, with 350 guests approximately. I agree that their love story was quite sweet. And they have a sweet wedding proposal! Congratulations and best wishes to both of them! Wish them all the best.

How to Find the Right Wedding Shoes For You

Your wedding shoes are also an important as your wedding dress. There are those who think that as long as your shoes match with your wedding gown, it's fine. But that is not true. There are lots of important things that you have to consider in selecting the perfect shoes.

Here are the following things that you have to consider in choosing a bridal shoes.

Fit. Take special care to find shoes that fit you properly and purchase them as far in advance as possible. Choose shoes that you're comfortable. There is nothing more painful or disturbing that pair of shoes that don't fit well.

Style. Most of today’s brides wear whatever they fall in love with. It’s important is to match the style you wear not only to your gown but also to the style of your wedding. Another thing to consider is your experience. If you can’t walk in high heels now, what makes you think you are going to master them in time for your wedding? If you choose a little lower shoe with a wider heel you can get the height you may need without risking your life.

Color. Use this very simple guideline: Pay attention to the hem line of your gown. If your gown has a detailed hem line opt for a simple shoe, if your gown has a plain hem line a more embellished style will coordinate well.

Remember, your shoes will have to walk you confidently down the aisle, float you effortlessly across the dance floor, and carry you off to your honeymoon all without noticing they are there.
